This year our Admissions Open Houses will be virtual. Click to refer a family that might like to join us LIVE to learn more about kindergarten, Clover Patch Preschool, or transferring in for grades 1-8. Open Houses are Jan 21 at noon or 7PM (K-8) and Jan 24 at 4 PM (preschool). Preregistration required to receive the Zoom link.

Just a reminder that there will be no afternoon Circle of Care on Wednesday, Nov. 25, this includes Circle of Care in the Clover Patch Daycare at 802 Main St. All students must be picked up at dismissal time. Buses will run their regular afternoon schedule. School/Daycare/Circle of Care will be closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 26-27 for Thanksgiving.

Lifetouch will be in the MPR on Tuesday, Nov. 24 starting at 8:30 a.m. for school pictures. If your student was not at school on picture day you can order pictures online or send the order envelope and payment to school that day. If you'd like your student's pictures retaken, simply return the original package that day. Preschool parents wanting pictures will need to bring their students to the MPR sometime between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m.

Virtual Parent/Student/Teacher conferences will be Oct. 21 (2–5:30 PM) and Oct. 22 (2–7 PM). School dismisses both days at 1:30. Circle of Care/Daycare will be open 1:30–5:30 p.m. No school/Circle of Care/Daycare on Friday, Oct. 23. Watch for emails with more details.
The second day of school pictures for 2- and 4-day Preschool and those students absent on the 21st will be taken at the Clover Patch building on Tuesday, Oct. 27, at 10:30 and 12:30. K-Gr. 8 students wear school uniforms for pictures.

The Scholastic Book Fair held every year during conferences helps keep new books in the library and encourages students to read. This year ordering is all online, so you still have the opportunity to treat your children to new books after conferences. Books will be shipped directly to your home, which also gives you the opportunity to plan ahead for gifts.
