Important information for parents who drive students to school events. We appreciate our volunteers and employees that drive for school activities. The safety of our students is of the utmost importance! As a requirement from Catholic Mutual, the Archdiocesan insurance carrier, all volunteers and employees must complete a 20-minute online defensive driving training prior to driving for school activities. This includes drivers of both school vehicles and private vehicles. The required training can be found at
cmgconnect.org > Sign in or create an account > Defensive Driving Curriculum > Start Curriculum. Be sure to use “Dubuque” in the pull-down menu and select the location of your youngest child. At the end of the training, each participant will complete a driver questionnaire. This will include questions about your personal insurance coverage limits so you will want to have your insurance card available.”
