I was born and raised in North Washington, Iowa and graduated from UNI in 1984 with a BA in Physical Education. After teaching for two years in Illinois, I moved to a school district south of Houston, Texas. I was a teacher and a coach for 28 years in Rosenberg, Texas.

I retired from teaching in Texas after the 2014 school year. I moved back to the great state of Iowa and currently live in Cedar Falls. Being part of the family at St. Patrick has been a rewarding experience, and I always look forward to coaching the students. St. Patrick Catholic School offers such a high quality education. The students and parents are very supportive!
